Your First Visit Dr. Chen will review your medical/dental history and complete a thorough clinical examination, including an evaluation of a panoramic x-ray if necessary. She will discuss treatment options, being respectful of patient/parent concerns and expectations. An estimate for the cost of care and time of treatment will also be provided. This visit is complimentary and takes approximately half an hour.
Patient Records If treatment is appropriate at this time, baseline documentation involves photos, molds of teeth, and a cephalometric (head) x-ray.
Consultation and first day of treatment After the doctor has evaluated your records and customized a treatment plan for you, she will discuss your treatment in detail prior to rendering treatment. You will also be able to look at your records and ask questions.
