- If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we offer a fee discount.
- To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months with no interest charged.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by personal check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Monthly automatic withdrawal is our most popular option.
Insurance
Please phone your insurance company before your first appointment to inquire about your coverage. If you have coverage, please bring your insurance card so that we can start the claims process for you.
